Having the same issue despite them already having sent me my tshirt and vault boy. According to Twitter they aren't reinstating cancelled orders, saying that they "can't, the orders are gone" which to me sounds like days gone by of Uncharted 3 Explorer Edition, and Resistance 3 Survivor Edition, where they over-allocated orders and just cancelled them.
However, considering I have got a tshirt, I am in the first 10,000 orders, so if they try to tell me they are not reinstating my order, I will fucking flip.
I've been waiting on a call back from them since Saturday, as I needed to change the delivery address and the website wouldn't let me.
Raging doesn't even cover it right now x
