Well, I got an email from Game yesterday saying they couldn't take payment so my order is cancelled and to ring their customer services. I checked with the bank and there is no problem with my account so called Game CS. I've called 6 times in total, 4 times there was a fault on the line, on one call I checked the order status which said it was dispatched yesterday and the other call I tried to be put through to a person. The automated line tells you to hold for an adviser before then telling you to hang up, after which the line goes dead. No payment has been taken so they haven't shipped it, the useless twats!

I then tried online chat which says they'll be back in the morning, even though it shows online from 8am and it's now 10am.

F$/#ing useless!!!!!
