Well, I got an email from Game yesterday saying they couldn't take payment so my order is cancelled and to ring their customer services. I checked with the bank and there is no problem with my account so called Game CS. I've called 6 times in total, 4 times there was a fault on the line, on one call I checked the order status which said it was dispatched yesterday and the other call I tried to be put through to a person. The automated line tells you to hold for an adviser before then telling you to hang up, after which the line goes dead. No payment has been taken so they haven't shipped it, the useless twats!

I then tried online chat which says they'll be back in the morning, even though it shows online from 8am and it's now 10am.

According to Twitter they aren't reinstating cancelled orders, saying that they "can't, the orders are gone" which to me sounds like days gone by of Uncharted 3 Explorer Edition, and Resistance 3 Survivor Edition, where they over-allocated orders and just cancelled them.

However, considering I have got a tshirt, I am in the first 10,000 orders, so if they try to tell me they are not reinstating my order, I will fucking flip.

I've been waiting on a call back from them since Saturday, as I needed to change the delivery address and the website wouldn't let me.

Geeze, GAME sounds like it sucks. Well I know this kind of suck but it is cool that either way you still get your freebies But fingers crossed they get you sorted as well.
