Finland used to belong to Sweden, they still keep very close relations to the point that Swedish is till this day of the official languages you learn at school in Finland.

I know that all because a friend of mine has lived in Finland for a couple of months but the discussion we had was about why Game/Sweden offered a steelbook with the flag of Finland in Sweden and not about a shop in Finland which offered a steelbook with the flag of Sweden.
