As of small limited run, I don't think it's like a statue, were the ES will have a great impact on production costs...Cook and Becker take some artwork that already exists, do some color correction, print it with high quality ink and paper, and that's it. I'd be curious to know how much it cost them to produce those prints.
It might be more than I think after all.

Lithography is bad for small productions because the amount of work involved is a lot and doesnt justify at all to make so small quantities as they make. Anything less than 1000 prints is kind of a waste of time and money.
Also even after printed it takes a lot more work than normal printings, because while other printing processes are ready to be handled/altered pretty fast after printing, a lithograph takes around 5 days before is completely dry and ok to be worked on.
Acid free paper is not cheap either.
