Yeah, I have emailed them a few times in the past, mainly with general inquiries and have had responses from them. Not sure what kind of response I would get to a genuine issue though.
Will have to see what happens. If I buy the game again, it would be the third time purchasing this game! XD Have already purchased both PAL and NA CEs. lol
