NB! most courier companies charge a fee for completing a customs declaration!
Fortunately you can make that in Estonia yourself for free (e-declaration) and that takes less then 5 minutes 
There is “idea” that from 2021 you pay VAT+customs taxes for every order (value 0,01eur or more) from outside EU  |
I paid 42€ for 80€ purchase, so it cant just be the VAT...
