Tbh, I opened mine because i want to check if the vinyl was ok.
But i was shocked it was missing.
And when i google it.
I found a post in Reddit plus a customer review in the XB DE / CE page.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Xenoblade-C...pe=all_reviews

The guy was right , when i got a reply from Nintendo UK.
They told me we can’t help you !! Lol ????
Seriously, it’s their factory problem.. they should take responsibility.

I’m not sure how many copies are missing the vinyl.
Plus I’m sure some of the expensive ones on ebay might be missing it too.
But since this is didn’t spread yet and no one make it public.
Nintendo uk won’t take action or apologize about this.

I’m really upset and feel bad since it’s cost me a lot because i used a forward Service to get it.

And it’s also my first time facing this.

I would love to know what do u guys usually do if something like this
Happens?
Wow, what a mess.
If it was I, and considering I am in Portugal, I would complain to the Consumer Defense League and they would help, almost certainly the store that sold it would have to do a full refund.
Not sure what options you have in your country
