After speaking with them today they are going to send a courier to my house on Tuesday to pick up the damaged ones and replace them with mint copies. The person was actually quite helpful and was not surprised about the damage, obviously they have had lots of complaints.
I got my 4th copy today and it was mint, so I have 2 mint copies and to duffers that are being replaced.........This must have cost them loads more than if they had simply packed them well in the first place.
The face punching will happen if the next 2 arrive damaged LOL
