The Premium Edition just has some dlc as far as I know
and the Famitsu Dx pack comes with the following:
- Lollipop Chainsaw Premium Edition
- Comic Style Poster (B2 size 515mm×728mm)
- Tapestry Poster (A3 size 297mm×420mm)
- Tissue Cover (tbh don't know what this is)
- 2 different Costume Product Codes
