The Premium Edition just has some dlc as far as I know

and the Famitsu Dx pack comes with the following:
  • Lollipop Chainsaw Premium Edition
  • Comic Style Poster (B2 size 515mm×728mm)
  • Tapestry Poster (A3 size 297mm×420mm)
  • Tissue Cover (tbh don't know what this is)
  • 2 different Costume Product Codes

either way both can be pre-ordered at nin-nin-game
