I had the same spam, every Saturday morning. I've had a moan via the customer feedback address but I can't see them doing anything about it. Had trouble with them in the past.
That said, when they are good, they are very good. Usually cheap, the packaging is much better than most other online retailers and I usually get games before release. Can't see me using them again after this though.
Do post if they offer you any form of compensation, as unlikely as it is.
