The Feather stylus was sent out from NOA when you registered the Phantom Hourglass on Club Nintendo within a certain period. Like the Soundtrack CD for OoT3D!

The Spirit Tracks one doesn't come up too often... I want one of those myself! lol Good luck! ^o^
