I just called them and spoke to Netty who, whenever I ask to be put through to Tom, she never does...

Anyway, I was told that the issue was still up with the "Higher Level Support" monkey's which I assume are the monkeys which are higher up than the "Next Level Support" monkeys...
I then asked if the Ubishop Support team would be working the weekend and if I can expect a response from them over the weekend regarding this issue. The answer was pretty much no and I won't hear anything from them until Monday or Tuesday (If at all IMO).
Will call them again on Monday Evening and see.
