The ACR giclee is pretty rare, but not as rare as some people might think. For one instance there's a variant, with an edition size of 500, that was only given to Ubisoft Devs. It's also printed on giclee, shares the same vibrant colors as the UW edition, but is smaller (8x11'').
The Fallout games have engrossed me as well. Though, it wasn't till FO3 that I had my chance to blow up mutants and raiders. It's a truly immersive experience and I've already invested thousands of hours into FO3 alone. I didn't really mind the bobblehead missing a hand, because eventually I'll have the means to sculpt a new one for him.
The price was acceptable, but I've seen mint ones go for less. The puppet isn't completely sealed as there are a few holes that were punched through the bag (maybe it was manufacturer's intention).
