You have alot more patience than me! In my defence though, I was very patient with them and in the end just got sick of being fed the same crap over and over again! A Paypal dispute was the last route I wanted to take, but I had a very patient group buyer who was still waiting on his money or item and my 45 day claim period was slowly coming to an end, so I was left with no choice.
Did Ubishop offer you any kind of compensation for this massive inconvenience? I guess that would be too much to ask though...
