I mean that steelbook looks great. Uses the same artwork as the iam8bit items a while ago. But why now? What's the occasion?

Looks like it.
Maybe it's a language thing? You could try changing it to german and try that.

I just changed my delivery address to Russia to see what happens.

Apparently the Steelbook is not intended for worldwide shipping and is therefore displayed as "currently unavailable" for users with a delivery address in Russia.

Exactly the same was the case with the Nioh 1 + 2 collection on Amazon Japan. If the delivery address was outside of Japan, the item was displayed as "currently unavailable".

Doesn't explain why the xbox version is available but the ps4 isn't though?
