Oh, well I'm only familiar with the US market which is why I asked. It seems like overseas a lot of the games that are really rare and worth money over here can be found for much cheaper.

I can only speak to the US market though and since I've been eyeballing one of these I can probably be pretty accurate excluding sealed because I'm not a sealed collector. Also, price usually fluctuate a bit with the "player's choice" versions being cheaper. Here's the average pricing I've seen between the two though:
- sealed - Around $150 but sometimes closer to $200 depending on player's choice or not
- CIB - around $50 (buy it now ended recently for $42 with everything included)
- "Good" condition CIB - ~$40
- Cart only - ~$25-30
