The problem is I don't know how much money you will get back if I sell the game to gamestop.

Then it is much cheaper but I can't sell it on ebay because as a private person it is not allowed to sell games rated 18.

And I also don't know anybody who would like to have it.

Well last time I asked, it was about 25 euro but sometimes there is a special offer getting 35 euro back for brand new games maybe they will have such a special offer again.

Yeah but didn't get any information about the Metal gear steelbook so far but will tell you guys as soon as I have more information about it.
