The boxart is gorgeous but the actual steelbook is a bit disappointing.

I feel the iam8bit version is really just an item you get separately with a download of the game. Is this truly a CE? It doesn't have some components that the LE with the PS4 has including the DLC and preorder bonus DLC. I think a full CE that has been truly "blessed" by the publisher would have some unique DLC (even if it has to be different from the console versions that may pay to license DLC). What are peoples thoughts on this trend?

Um it does include the the same dlc. It's called starter pack I believe. If you go to iam8bit it is written there.

I am actually very wrong and I fucked up. You are right there is no mention of the DLC. I must be imagining things.
