Why price it at $19.99?..then say it's not available for individual sale?..i hope it's a FREE! bonus for pre-orders..what sucks, would be if you have to purchase the game at full price, and then required to pay an additional $20 on top of that,..also, what i don't like..there's never any set price of what a proper suggested retail price is for a steelbook!?..prices are all over the place! sometimes, there priced at $4.99 other times, $19.99..but besides graphic arts, it's the same exact product!.

steelbook!? ONLY!!!? at Best Buy!!?..is that DLC pack and the steelbook included in the standard game price i assume to be $59.99? if you buy at Best Buy!?
