You know there's nothing Konami can do to help as that particular CE was made and sold for US consumers only. You'll need a step-down converter or whatever they're called...

Ya i just want to feedback to let them know, at least i bought gioteck item from uk and they smart to use universal plug and save me the trouble to find a transformer

I picked up a step down convertor of amazon recently for a us bluray player. They are perfect for low wattage items like these:

Yeah, Konami won't be of any help. They haven't done anything wrong. If the CE was universal fair enough but it is not.

It was never advertised, just like the AC3 UK-style steelbook wasn't advertised last year!

You'll just have to check your local JB, I only found this out from an MG group I'm in.

GAME has a G1 and G2 version of the steel book, when i picked up my copy from in store today they only had G2 there as the G1 hadn't arrived, should be in later today so i should be able to pick it up.

I thought it was included in the pal collectors but it doesnt seem so

Bought the European LE :

Don't mind the other games, they're just apart of the picture. Except the MGR poster and the MGR' pen on EU LE's left side.

A friend is selling an american LE, but 219 euros :/ So i'm not sure if i'll get it or now as i've heard so many bad things about the lamp (not working [plasma]) or might be dangerous etc. But i'm waiting for the japanese limited edition and the fig from the EU LE seems to be the same as the konami style premium package, so no use of buying it apart.

Anyone has the US LE here ? What's your comment concerning that lamp ? Worth the price ? What's the lifespan?
