Anyone know Konami contact email? Want to feedback regarding the power cable that come with the lamp isnt universal voltage, cant even use it here damn sad

Im wondering, if we are able to buy a transformer for the power converter from a DIY shop. U ever thought of it? Possible?

But it kinda of troublesome and i feel if they make a ce they shld include a universal plug so all may enjoy lol

You know there's nothing Konami can do to help as that particular CE was made and sold for US consumers only. You'll need a step-down converter or whatever they're called...

Ya i just want to feedback to let them know, at least i bought gioteck item from uk and they smart to use universal plug and save me the trouble to find a transformer

lol, I was wondering if it would have a power cable or just batteries....now we know...at your expense

You know there's nothing Konami can do to help as that particular CE was made and sold for US consumers only. You'll need a step-down converter or whatever they're called...

I picked up a step down convertor of amazon recently for a us bluray player. They are perfect for low wattage items like these:

Yeah, Konami won't be of any help. They haven't done anything wrong. If the CE was universal fair enough but it is not.
