Wow... It is a month over and the game is nowhere to be found. Contacted GAME UK 10 days ago and no respond. This sucks

Have you chatted with someone on their Chat service? They're not the most helpful, but at least I was able to get it resolved -- well, they said they'd send a replacement and 2 days later I got a "refund" email without any explanation, so assuming they just figured they ran out of stock -- but anyway, at least there was SOME resolution (had to wait a nearly a month before they'd do that on my end as well though).

I emailed em 4th November ended up having to chase em on phone 11th November they responded to email still a month later

Been trying but the time zone is not really helping much. I'll give it a try tonight, should be within the time zone of the opening hours.

Long ago, I've actually had to deal with the CS from Game.uk. They were really terrible and very unhelpful (from personal experience), and it sounds like nothing has changed. All the best to you mate.
