Have you chatted with someone on their Chat service? They're not the most helpful, but at least I was able to get it resolved -- well, they said they'd send a replacement and 2 days later I got a "refund" email without any explanation, so assuming they just figured they ran out of stock -- but anyway, at least there was SOME resolution (had to wait a nearly a month before they'd do that on my end as well though).

Long ago, I've actually had to deal with the CS from Game.uk. They were really terrible and very unhelpful (from personal experience), and it sounds like nothing has changed. All the best to you mate.

mine was mailed in a soft box , so the game box was a bit squished (don't expect pristine), but the steel was ok...
