Somewhere in the depths of Rocksteady / WB there's a lot of people being sacked...

Pre-ordering on the internet is a bad idea, especially since the release date can change at anytime.

I'm only pre-ordering in one of my gamevideo store or Amazon (I don't have an account but I asked others to do my job).

Glad I don't have a XboxOne or PS4. Won't get either soon that's for sure

So just saw this, this is what WB is offering to people:

"As a token of its apology, Warner Bros. is offering the New 52 skin pack — which includes the Caped Crusader, Robin and Nightwing — to anyone who pre-ordered the Batman: Arkham Knight Batmobile Edition for free.". A skins pack. Any other compensation is from the retailer.

What a garbage apology. Retailers really stepped up IMO as this was not their fault... WB on the other hand gave you skins.

did not know that selling one or two makes u a scalper .

sometimes i pre - order something and few months later decide that i do not want it anymore. i sell it then (did not happened before relase day yet) , sometimes making profit , sometimes loosing. but i'm not thinking ''well , i'll order 10 and then sell it to some suckers doubling or tripling my money''. and i do not approve of that behavior. personally knowing one person who likes collecting but dont have the money to buy stuff of off scalpers and i can't help it feeling bad for him . knowing there's lots of people like this makes me sick.

i was talking about people who are repeatedly selling like 5 or more , those who are responsible for CE's selling out in few hours after being announced . untill i found this forum paid lots of money to them because there was no (known by me) other way to get the stuff i want .

btw. today i subscribed to your youtube channel to participate in your batman giveaway . you explained that you've bought something you don't want anymore. decided to keep it and do a raffle so some lucky men can win it. not looking to make profit . just wan't your money back. don't think you're a scalper love this idea , this is fucking brillant .

This is one of the biggest, latest f**k ups in games releases yet...
i dont think you're right . have a feeling paypal will refund everyone and then they'll get everything back from those sellers (sellers broke ebay rules so should be easy for them) . don't know about UK or US laws (or wherever the sellers in) but i bet you can't take money for selling something , not deliver it and get away with it.

if something like this happened in the country i live in , can guarantee the seller will do everything to refund , if not he'll pay a lot more than he took.

Kind of like saying "I did not know killing someone every soften when they are in my way makes me a killer." I love drastic examples Just teasing if you cannot tell

But yeah my raffle I have to paid for yet and was just going to cancel it before i cam up with the idea. Thought it would be cool to raffle it... I honestly hope I can set something up where I can do actual giveaways in the future.

I know that sounds good but I highly doubt PayPal will do anything regardless of eBay's rules. For the most part if it has passed any policy time limit they are not going to help you.

I did not pre-order anywhere. I bought from someone on eBay.

But what i was saying is that any retailer that does offer something is awesome as they did not have to as it was not their fault. Basically did not want people thinking it was WB giving them that stuff.

Yeah GameStop is no Amazon.
