Don't worry - The devs tweeted me and said that the US retailers are "still working on their offers" and that we should check back in the next "couple of days".

not sure what "offers" means but I sure hope there's no retailer exclusive DLC or anything!

Well, that's some good news, thanks! I agree with the retailer-specific DLC stuff. They're getting out-of-hand with it, and very rarely are the special offers worth the hassle.

Not sure whether anybody here knows, but if you have already purchased the Expansion Pass for The Witcher, you can apply http://redeemgwent.com to purchase these decks at a discounted price. Even if you purchased the pass on XB1.

I have just received my confirmation email. It cost £14.23 including the shipping to me. It ships from San Diego, so would be cheaper for US members.

I realise it is almost as much as the PC version here, and would work out better off, ofcourse. This way would be ideal for members who don't have a local retailer stocking these and already have the expansion pass.

Thanks, I did read about that, but believed the offer only applied to prior purchasers. Will the offer still be valid if I buy the Expansion Pass now and then try?

I honestly couldn't say. I purchased mine at launch since GAME UK had an offer when bought with the game. Lol

Can't see there being an XB1 announcement in all honesty. As I said in an earlier post though, if you have already purchased the expansion pass previously on XB1, PS4 or PC, you can claim for purchasing these card decks at http://redeemgwent.com

Hmm, okay. I don't own the expansion pass yet. May or may not go that route. That seems like a really easy thing to scam your way into free stuff, though.
