Looks like its available on Amazon.jp and comes with a bonus "Zelda theme". It also mentions the cel art there, but perhaps that's the "and other documents" stuff?

Will be keeping an eye out for Nippon-Yasan pre-orders. They have been ace with everything I have ordered from them so far. Have had various 3DS faceplates, my Treasure Box Ed last year and a PS4. No import tax on any of it. Can't wait for this. ^o^
