It's been a while since I ordered from them but back in the days their packaging was awful and most of my stuff arrived damaged. I stopped bothering with them about 2 years ago. I prefer nin-nin-game.com and nippon-yasan.com

And they both adjust the value of your packages to avoid customs charges... ;D
