Default To open or not open... thats the question.

Hey everyone,

I bought this today:

Is unopened and the box has some little damage but nothing really bad.
My question now is should i open it or just let it be and eventually sell it for a nice value in some years?

Im not expecting to make a fortune out of it, but do you guys believe that this is an item that if closed and well kept can significantly increase in value in the coming years considering is from such a renowned franchise and studio?

Don't open - you get regular copy dirt cheap (if you want play) and content isn't anything special to explore (you can watch unboxing videos to see those extra items).

I already have copies of the games. In case of opening it would just be to expose the awesome Pandora's box.

The thing here is that the very few unboxed ones i can find for sale are all around 220/250€ (bought it for a 1/3 of that) so i would imagine that in a few years (5?10?) its value should be a considerable amount.
