Considering the cheapest i saw so far was at 90€ and that was with a couple of small scratches, i would say is an ok price.

$500-$800 or so. That is a rough estimate based on my shaky memory of recent sold ones

Most of these are on eBay and value is a very easy search away

Also I believe that Beyond Two Souls one is the Beyond Two Souls "Press Kit" (I know off the top of my head they are worth around $100 or so usd... but the art books are on eBay so you can easily search those).
