Just like ebay though, you can message buyers/sellers to remind them to leave feedback. There's not really much else you can do though.

I made my research on this guy and found out that he most likely did the same thing on ebay:

Same photo, same items, same description. He is not registered anymore which could mean he was baned by ebay.
Some other user found also his fullname and an email address but its not 100% confirmed that its really him. Maybe he is uses fake data.
I would advice every buyer to report that guy to paypal.
