There are a couple on ebay. They're quite pricey though.

Also, looks like the US Version came with the game seperate to the "bundle", so it was indeed a Bundle in the US. the EU Version came with the game sealed inside the CE and also had a PS4 branded art sleeve. Both EU and US versions came with a Lanyard at pre-order.

This is the EU edition.

I got one, actually found a seller in Canada so I don't have to worry about customs fees or anything like that. Seller didn't have the game or lanyard but it was a good deal that I couldn't pass up!

Got it sealed for $200cad. Guy had it up for $400obo which seems to be right around where everyone else was listing it for. I initially offered $250 cause I thought it had the game due to his description. Looking at the pictures I didn't see it so I asked if it was included. Seller said it was in the box but I informed them that I had watched an unboxing video and that the game was packaged separately.

From what I understand it was $150usd+shipping(which is outrageous to Canada off the SE store) when it was released and I was planning on getting the switch version anyways so not really upset the game isnt there. May pick up a copy down the road if I see the one that came with it for cheap enough.
