I know alot of the other forums I used to frequent had something like a 25 post count in order to view or post to the marketplace. Wonder if that would have helped here, since people don't always look at post count/history or feedback before purchasing items...

Just wanted to update that paypal decided the resolution in my favor and gave me back the money I paid to this guy. Just remember always to use the payment option when doing deals and never send money to "friends and family".
