I just checked it up & with shipping, DS3 Prestige only cost me around $800 at the time & there was much more in it (2x statues, steelbook, artbook).

As much as I love DS, this is just a blatant money grab. I understand the statues are hand painted, but by who? Some poor Chinese sweatshop worker?

It's also too late, maybe if this edition came out the same time as the Japanese trilogy, I may have reconsidered.

Even that trilogy was only $600 from amazon.jp!
