Okay here's what I've got:

To look at it you'd think it's the soundtrack for Fallout 1. But when you put it in the PC it's a game CD! You could install the game right off it! So its a misprint. There are a few more pics on the ebay listing but I don't want to break any rules about linking to outside auctions.

The Last of Us steelbook is just the steelbook or do you have the slipcover as well?
And the condition?

Just the steelbook, no slip. Condition is very good, very small mark on the rear.

Im assuming without game as well, so around 40/50€
No idea about the Press kit, thats not my thing.
But a quick search on ebay (check past sales as well), should give you a good idea of the value
