Already there. Broke and out of space to display them! We're gonna need a bigger house!

Cheers - JC

In addition, if ever you are having doubts that the box haven’t been carefully taken care of during the travel, as soon as you receive it take pictures and , if possible, show it to the carrier.
And if the statue is broken, our customer service (cs@purearts.com) will take care of replacing the broken pieces as soon as possible without any extra costs from your end.

Hey, I get your frustration, believe me but it's about time something like this is finally easy to get in North America. I have sat on the sidelines many years having to be the crafty collector and get my hands on elusive pieces only available direct in Europe and Asia. As a matter in fact, my prized premium Connor PureArts was something I had to hunt down behind the scenes and when Purearts wouldn't sell direct merely because I lived in North America and their license with Ubi prevented them from selling it directly to me I had to have cousin in Germany buy it and play the import tax game. So not to make light of your frustration but North American collectors haven't exactly had it easy either.

Cheers and good luck getting these!

A solution could be to deliver AC collectors all over the world without countries' restrictions !

A question : could we consider that Triforce Jacob Frye Premier Scale Statue is a dead project and that this statue will never be released ?
I read last posts about it dated 2018. No news since ?

Thank you for your help !

Yup I had preorder deposit on the Triforce Jacob and imagine myself as a proverbial can that Triforce kept kicking down the road. Problem is the delays went over two years form original preorder so I had trouble getting an exception out of buyer protection on my VISA because usually banks only protect VISA transactions for a limited time period between 90 days to a year from original purchase and the customer would need to report a bust transaction earlier. At some point triforce just stopped answering the phone and emails so I put in a claim with my bank to get my deposit back and they initially denied it but I appealed it up to another level and because of the unique nature of the transaction, they ultimately allowed it and I got my deposit back. Something to keep in mind as you place these very early preorders.

What I don't get is all the sellers on eBay that were listing the Triforce Jacob for thousands long after Triforce went out of business. Were these all phantom listings or did some actually exist. I think I saw it listed in Australia last but they're gone now. I have never seen anyone here or anywhere else report ever getting one.

Well, i dont know if the same happened with the Jacob statue, but i do know that after Triforce closed down there was some people who got a hold of their surplus and were selling them in amazon, etc
Thats how i got my Dice edition from Mirrors Edge 2.

From what I gathered from a seller who was selling extra Triforce stuff, the Jacob statues never went into official production and weren't delivered to the Triforce's warehouse (which was liquidated when Triforce went bankrupt).

So the only statues out would be a few prototypes they were using to display at conventions. Maybe there's a couple of artist's proof models as well.

I'd imagine whoever gets a hold of one of those prototypes would have the rarest statue in the AC universe lol.
