Where can I find promo covers

Hi,

I have now saved all assassin's creed promo disk . Only with some promo discs the game fronts are not included. Do you know where I can get this from?

Some promos coming without cover (or without in some countries) - just case and disc.

Okay thanks for the info. But if thats the reason maybe somebody knows a site where i can find custom made covers
