That's a good nugget of information. Does this only apply to NTSC format discs, or do PAL regions get this also. Also, regarding the artwork, would it not have changed on the rear of the re-prints as I suspect it would have to advise the amount of storage space required for the game update.

i personally do not have a new updated copy of Spyro 3 because as of now, i have been advised to wait until the back stock of old copies are cleared out since right now there being mixed in with the newer reprinted edition..so i was going to wait until 2020 to get another copy of SPYRO..the information i have from on-line sources is that the cover printing is exactly the same, but the physical game itself on the disc says copyright 2019..the 2019 game disc is the one with all 3 games on disc., the handful of sites talking about it, are NTSC based websites and the ones that are showing off there new updated copies on Youtube are the ESRB rated US versions.so i have NO information on discs outside of North America region.

So I also got a used Nier Automata CE for only $240-ish, so I can display the figurine and stuff.
Disgaea 4 I had, but never took a picture of, so there.
Mana Khemia CE was only $80, with the figurine already opened, but the CE is still sealed.

Here'S something I got a few days ago but never posted it here. It's the Amazon Japan Prime Day Exclusive Limited Edition of Pokemon Sword and Shield. It comes in a Pokeball themed amazon mailer box with bundle pack of the both games, id card holder (?) and Pokemon themed switch caee (excluisve to this edition).
