Waited a long time to actually play the game and as a fan of both Star Wars and From Software's games this is like a dream come true.

The ff7 deluxe is really great. I'll take a steelbook and art book for an extra 20$ any day. I'll be anxiously awaiting the arrival of mine on the 10th.

Couldn’t resist picking this up to compliment my GBM 20th Anniversary Edition. It was a Club Nintendo Japan Exclusive Faceplate. Comes complete with a dummy console for display.

Had another GBM which has had a pretty hard life which I did a gut swap on to make the dummy console which came with this faceplate, functional. Really pleased with the outcome.

Cosmic Link!!! i have SERIOUS regrets, that back in around 2006 here in the US, at a electronics store called CIRCUIT CITY i saw BRAND NEW "left overs" of the MARIO 20TH Anniversary GAME BOY MICRO's in a CLEARANCE!!! Bin!! because the DS had just recently launched..and those Mario Game Boy Micro's were ONLY $30!! brand new!! and i was'nt really into collecting at all, back then!! but know it's one of my biggest collecting regrets alongside the clearanced out Metroid Prime Trilogy Wii Steelbook variant, i ignored that one as well..missing out on those 2 at unbelievable prices are going to haunt me forever!!!

No way. I never realised that they were ever that cheap. I picked up my 20th Anniversary Micro years for about £80 posted to the UK. Probably about 10yrs ago... I do feel your pain though about not snapping things up when they were cheap. Gameboy Micro Consoles have gone mega Expensive over the past few years. Wish I had cleared the stock out at my local Woolworths many moons ago when they were bargain binned for £30 each. At the time though, I didn't have a massive amount of income and collecting was not really a hobby or interest at the time. Also, the idea of stuff like that appreciating in value was unfathomable.

I knew they did a Famicom Player 2 Faceplate, but they have always gone for silly money as they were Japan Club Nintendo Exclusive. I never realised that they came with a dummy console shell though. It was only looking around ebay listings recently that I found out and I spotted this one at a reasonable price. I was actually planning to sell my 20th Anniversary Micro and it was listed on ebay, but have since changed my mind. lol Anyway, I thought since I have another Micro which could do with a new lease of life, I'll get it and re-shell it. Was really pleased with the result. ^^ I've also got this display stand coming from Rose Colored Gaming, so will drop another pic here when that gets here, if anybody is interested. ^^

So the display stand came and I am very pleased with this. ^^ Also picked up some other Console Display Stands from Rose Colored Gaming. Great additions to CE Console Bundles.

that looks pretty neat! Cosmic Buddy!! i think the allure will always be there for these special edition GameBoy Micro because of the throwback colors to yesteryear...yea! isn't it ridiculous!!?..that at my local store back in 2005-2006 they were having a clearance fire sale!! on this particular 20th model!! just on the cusp of the DS releasing!! i think because of the "maroon golden" color scheme,..it did'nt have mass appeal to the US western audience in America because they had very little familiarity with the Japanese original Famicom colors. I feel dumb! lol for ignoring them though back then! i think my mindset might have been that "oh if their not selling and there on clearance their must be something wrong with them"..lol.so i think i let dumb thoughts lol like that creep into my head back then!!..but yea! i took a hard pass on them at a real steep discount! now i feel like i have egg on my face! lol hahaha
