Ultimate Steelbook Edition from Gamestop is unique. One that comes from ubi is the same as in the CE, yes

1 US gold edition steelbook, 1 GameStop ultimate edition steelbook, 1 collectors edition steelbook, and 1 preorder steelbook.

And I just took a look at my other Ubi steelbooks and I realized Ubi put “Ultimate Edition steelbook” on all the collectors edition steelbook’s plastic sleeve; the only exception is division 2 Phoenix shield edition which has a paper sleeve stating “collectors edition steelbook”.
