Dark Souls 3 Prestige Edition VIP

Hi everyone,
my name is Stefano, I’m new here! I have a question for you all. I have received a copy of the Dark Souls 3 Prestige Edition, and I was shocked when I saw the “VIP SPECIAL” description instead of the classic serial number placed on the bottom of Yhorm action figure. Do you know something about it?

Hi, I can only assume that they were possibly given to selected participants in a press event. Where did you get it from?

Hmmm interesting.
Most likely is something like Codreanu says, it was a giveaway in some Event/Contest/etc.

You bought it from another person or from a store?

Usually the underside of the base is not so shiny and mirrored. Do you have a protective film on it or something?

Edit: Never mind, you obviously took the picture from underneath the glass plate the statue is on.

I got it from a guy who bought it at a shopping centre at the time. And I can vouch for that because the price tag is still on the box. Probably a mistake of whoever was in charge of boxing the Prestige Editions?

Was it a Game, or some big retailer like that?
I ask, because it can be that it was one of the editions they offer to Store Managers and the guy didnt noticed and put it selling together with the rest.

He got it at Fnac, which I presume is something similar to retailer such as Game. I don’t know honestly
