Not sure of the state of the boxes compared to the RE2/3 Remake CE. I never knew they had a difference.

Also, apparently only Europe got the reversible cover? Seems America did not... Could U.S. branches of all gaming companies stop cheaping out at every possible corner? It practically seems like any game of interest to me lately has far surperior SE/CE/Preorder bonus in Europe and Asia.

I can confirm the RE2/3/Village CE thing. The boxes and the cardboard inserts of the US version are the worst. The paint comes off when you rub your fingers on it. Lots of residuals from cutting the cardboards remains inside the box.

I imported the Japanese CE as well. Everything is much better. Box looks cleaner. Contents inside look more organized. As a collector I definitely keep the JP version.

I was glad it was still there, as the Bandai Namco US store site threw me out (literally) even though I was using a VPN, I tried every possible way, worst possible store game site for foreigners, it seemed like I was trying to give a scam or something, I felt embarrassed by this situation...

And about the debate about the boxes, you can judge me
But I like the american boxes a lot more, this empty in EU version strip with the PS4 or PS5 logo (only Xbox keeps track the green strip) looks kind of "empty", I don't know, I like messes in the boxes with console bands, age indication, company logo, etc.
