He has written in the title it is sealed, I assumed the open one we are looking at is either his copy (and he is selling others) or the outer tin never came sealed originally? xx

The outer tin definitely came sealed originally, little round sticker on both sides. He could just mean that the game is sealed or as you said he could be selling another copy which if that's the case he should probably be a bit more specific as it might be putting people like me off who are looking for the tin to be sealed y'know?
