I think HippeDude just grabbed one for $400 within the last couple months even.
The sale was not just for the Survivor edition but also several extras. Sale price of $700+ could have been a strong possibility.

Generally I don't see them for $2500, but the last slightly shady seller that was coming up in the rare finds thread had an auction or two end at that IIRC. People were suspicious about him posting it up multiple times, but it was also figured that his auction winners weren't paying, thus he was just relisting the same item. Regardless, even if $2500 is a great price, I really don't think or see them actually SELLING for $5000-$7000.

Even if you exclude $500 -600 for the unsealed folio and $600 - 700 for the cases, the FHE went for $4000+

I myself ask sellers if they can ship it internationally and some do, some dont. But its those times when a buyer sees the item just before the sale end, there may not be enough time for this Q/A session. Its then such listings suffer. I fully agree that asking seller nevertheless is the best option.

By all that, you are just implying kiss a**?

lol jk mate

PS: Yes it does work
He changed his mind as he was simply worried about shipping times, delays
& possible damage that may possibly happen. Unfortunately not enough
time to try & negotiate further but,its all good
Kissing someones behind,no just being considerate & polite.
Manners always wins eventually somewhere as you have found out yourself
Who knows, some good may still yet come my way

Exactly my point as I mentioned this in earlier post.

I only meant sellers willing to ship internationally and mentioning it likewise would get better sales.

I remember these gun when they were released, it was a lottery on the quality you got. Some had paint work that looked a professional did it while others looked like a 3 year did it.

Didn't know the Australian one was bigger, I thought they were the same size.

I was just assuming, I thought the AUS box looked quite big, whereas the UK box looked small, but that could just be down to perspective on the shots xx

Perhaps, but $700 for the SE and extras may have been possible; not $700 for the SE alone. I mean, it went for $355 with the extras. Shipping woes or not, that should tell you generally what it's worth. There are a lot of Fallout fans in the US who would love to have that... and one of them does now. I'm not arguing or anything, I'm just saying that a $700-$1000 price estimate is too high. Period.

True, it does go for a higher price sometimes, but you're also talking about a package deal. Those kinda go either way; people either expect a discount, or they jump on it for a slightly higher price because they're killing two birds with one stone (or three, or four). Even then, estimating the FHE at $4500-$7000 is... again... too high from what I've seen. There's one selling at the very bottom of that estimate (a little under the bottom, even), plus I've seen them go for cheaper. $3000-$4500 is a pretty good estimate, while $4500-7000 is high.
