Finally received an email from Zavvi, seems to be a mass email to everyone who preordered.

It apologises for the emails and the payment error stuff, and states that they are going to get all paid for copies sent out today, and that I'll receive a dispatch email as soon as it goes out. Here's hoping they sort it soon! xx
