Rarest...........hum, hard to say, I would say

Uncharted 1 ring (unknown copies)
Uncharted 2 Folio Book (200 copies)
Rage of Dragon USA version (NeoGeo) (less than 100 copies)
Halo 3 brute controller signed by Macfarlane himself w/authentic paper
