Problem everyone has forgotten is that as far as i am aware Russia doesnt actually have a paypal system currently in place at this point in time. I think the closet thing from memory is Yandex money which i think is fairly similar. How you would register with them or if you could,i wouldnt have a clue. Maybe a member in Russia could put a little light on things a bt more
