I ordered on the Vault-Tech watch on the 29th July (so close

), but it says I paid $47 for shipping.

When I go to the checkout now and get a quote for shipping it says it's only $25! (and has "customs duties free" next to it in brackets).

So does this mean I may have already paid for the customs fees?
