@Cosmic_Link: have you send and email to request the status of your replacement? I had my replacement base for my turret two weeks ago.
@KinghtofTruth. The payment is indeed when the product ships. Cancellations are also without any penalty. Nice thing with them, if you have more than 5 statues ordered and payed through them you get 5% discount, if you 10 10 % and for 15 the same.
